The Gallery Suite
is a spacious
duplex apartment.
Completely
private,
it has central
air
conditioning
as well as ceiling
fans throughout,
in case you prefer
to keep the doors
to
your balcony
over Cristo St.
open, to savor
the "sabor" of
the Old City.

The apartment is ideal for families,
couples or individuals
traveling together who prefer the privacy of separate sleeping areas.
Since we are in the center of the gallery district,
it is often rented by artists who use the 20' by 20' living room, with it's 20 ft ceiling and gallery lighting, to exhibit
their works on gallery night, and in private showings.
In keeping with it's gallery/residence
function, the living
room is done
"colonial Teck" (teck with beam ceilings)
There is an ample desk, phone, TV,
2 queen size futons and
a large closet. Behind privacy doors, is the 14' X 12' eat in kitchen with all amenities from ice machine to cappuccino maker.

Above the kitchen is the master sleep level, with king size bed, 2nd phone, 2nd
TV, and 10' X 11' walk in closet/dressing room.

All reservations require a 20% deposit,
refundable up to 2 weeks before scheduled arrival for nightly reservations,
and a month before for weekly or monthly reservations.
Check in 3 pm Check out 11am. Bags can be left
10am-6pm.
We are not responsible for items left in the apartment.
