The Garden Suite is in the apartment in the rear of the building. Ideal for budget minded singles or couples, touring or working in San Juan, it offers the convenience of a complete apartment with fully equipped kitchen and tropical living room overlooking the building's lush interior  garden, at the price of a modest hotel room.

 

What you are really renting here is a separate locked suite within the apartment, in which you have your TV, VCR, phone, double bed, desk, 2 enormous closets, and your large, private bathroom. There is also an extra mattress for persons traveling together who prefer to sleep separately. The suite has air conditioning and a ceiling fan; and complimentary high speed wireless internet access.

The rest of the apartment is used by only you. No one else lives there, but occasionally during business hours, because of the design of the building, employees may pass through the outer part. You may use the entire apartment all day, but until evening you'll probably want to be dressed when outside your suite, and from evening on, the apartment is completely private.
