The Garden Apartment: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully
equipped eat in kitchen, with clothes washer/dryer.
The tropical living room and entire hall is open-air
on one side up to the 18 ft ceiling, and overlooks the lush interior garden downstairs.
Each bedroom has it's own hair dryer satellite TV, AC, ceiling fan, desk and large closet. There is complimentary high speed wireless internet throughout. |

The STUDIO has a Queen size
bed.
It's the 2nd bedroom of the apartment, but OFF SEASON ONLY (5/1 - 11/1), the apartment
can be divided; the STUDIO, renting as a stand alone unit, like a hotel room, to
a single or couple, for as breif a stay as one night, for only $85.00. Since in this case it has
no access to the kitchen, it has a mini fridge & coffee maker. It has a different
key from the SUITE.

If the bedrooms are rented separately, the Living Room becomes a common area. The kitchen & laundry,
which are attached to the larger bedroom and it's private bathroom are sealed for it's exclusive use and become
the SUITE. The large bedroom has a double bed, a twin, and a twin pop
up trundle. When you rent the full apartment it can sleep a couple and 2 singles. When rented separately you can
only have a maximum of a couple and 1 single, or 2 singles. The SUITE has a
phone with free local calls and a different key from the STUDIO.

This is the "eat in" kitchen of the Garden Apartment. It has
a table and 3 chairs, full size fridge with ice machine, full stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron & board. When
the bedrooms rent separately, the entrances from the hall to the kitchen/laundry area, and the large bedroom open only
with the key of the SUITE. These rooms and your bathroom
are all connected, so you can leave all the doors within this wing unlocked.

When the full GARDEN APARTMENT is
rented, you cannot rent
the STUDIO or the SUITE
because they are included in the APARTMENT

We can confirm rentals for the
Full Garden Apartment up to 6 months before arrival.
All Full Apartment reservations require a 20% deposit,
refundable with cancellation up to 2 months before scheduled arrival.
We can only confirm reservations for the Suite
or Studio 2 weeks before arrival.
Reservations for the Suite or Studio must be prepaid and
are nonrefundable.
Reservations for the Suite or Studio are subject to complimentary upgrade.
