Boveda offers 2 fully furnished short-term rental units. Both easy 2nd floor walk-ups in an historic building, lavishly appointed and meticulously maintained, on the best block
in Old San Juan.
Our apartments are licensed and approved by the Office of Tourism, and we are proud to have
recieved a glowing review (not a paid ad) from Frommers Giude to Puerto Rico.

LOCATION
The famous Cristo Chapel, Pigeon Park and Governor’s Mansion are one block south,
giving us the added bonus of being probably the only property with 2 policemen right on the corner 24/7. One block
north is Jorge Zeno's sculpture garden, and the El Convento Hotel. One block east is the Plaza de Armas, with its fountain
& cafes; also pharmacies, grocer and taxi stand.
2 blocks west, is the Puerta de San Juan, the ancient maritime gateway to the city,
now the entrance to the "Paseo de la Princessa", a wonderful bay shore walkway for jogging or strolling, which stretches from
the promontory of El Morro Castle, to the cruise ship piers.
On your block, are the Caribbean's finest shops and galleries; bustling during the
day, and quiet at night.

Neither apartment can accommodate children less than 10 yrs of age.
Weekly maid and linen service as well as all utilities are included.
The employees downstairs can provide concierge services.
Please note we are obliged to collect 7% tax on all rentals.
Beyond this there are no extra fees or charges added to the posted prices.
The local English language paper is delivered daily
downstairs.

Ameneties
The Gallery and Full Garden apartment have portable phones with answering machines on separate, private
phone lines with free local calls, iron & board and full, equipped kitchens.
All 3 units have private bathrooms with their own hair dryer, coffee maker with free "first morning"
coffee, free High Speed internet access and satellite TV providing 33 channels of commercial free music as well as NY
network and movie channels.
We also provide first day sundry toiletries.
